Second day of rhythmic gymnastics qualifications: today Evgenia Kanaeva ruled the competition with almost two points over her teammate Daria Dmitrieva. After a disappointing 1st day for the russian star due to some mistakes in her hoop routine she finished the qualifications in the top place (116.000) ahead of the best gymnasts in the world, even If she had some mistakes in her clubs routine. 2nd Grand Prix of 2012 this time in France, country of the last world championship. Today the All Around was won by the Olympic champion Evgenia Kanaeva, 2nd place to Daria Dmitireva and 3rd Aleksandra Merkulova, only 7th Daria Kondakova.
